Ace Wellness was chosen by Sakal for their eSakal application to introduce the children in the age group 7 to 14 years to the concept of Pranayam, Meditation, Super Brain Yoga, Asanas and Mudras.
Ace Wellness participated in the Sinhagad Epic Trail for 11k and came back victorious with Podium finish. Our Fusion workout – Strength Training, Cardio and Yoga has always helped.
